Instructions
1. Prepare the sauce by heating up a sauce in medium heat with olive oil and plunge the onions until tender
2. Add the can of tomatoes, brown sugar and a handful of basil. Let is simmer for 20 minutes
3. After 20 minutes, add a pinch of salt and pepper then let it rest for a while
4. It’s time to prepare the chicken. Heat up the oven to 200 degrees Celcius to cook. Meanwhile gently punt the chicken breasts. Coat them lightly with the flour. Dip in the beaten eggs and milk then coat with the breadcrumb
5. Heat the frying pan, drizzle with oil and butter then fry the chicken breasts. When cooked, drain them on paper towels
6. Place them in a baking pan, top with tomato sauce, and the mixture of cheese and spices then bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese melted
7. Serve it with sides of potatoes and salad.
Loaded Hasselback potatoes
